Refunds and Returns Policy
At FemPath, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. Please review the following policies regarding refunds and returns:
Prescription Medication Refunds and Returns
Due to legal and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for prescription medications once they have been dispensed and shipped, except in the following cases:
- Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect prescription, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund after reviewing the case.
Subscription Cancellations
- Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your FemPath account or by contacting customer service.
- Refunds: Cancellations must be made at least 5 business days before your next scheduled shipment to avoid being charged for that month. Refunds for processed payments are not provided.
Non-Prescription Products
For any non-prescription items purchased through FemPath:
- Returns: Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Refund Process: Refunds will be issued within 7 business days after we receive the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
