1. Prescription Review and Approval (Up to 24 Hours)
Our healthcare professionals will carefully review your survey responses within 24 hours. Based on your preferences, we’ll either renew your current prescription or issue a new one if you’ve opted for a different contraceptive.
2. What Happens Next?
If You’re Continuing with the Same Treatment:
- A new script will be issued, and your service will continue as normal.
- No action required: Your current subscription remains active, and payments will continue to be deducted at the same time each month.
- Your medication will be automatically dispensed and shipped as usual.
If You’ve Chosen to Switch to a Different Contraceptive:
- Your current subscription will be cancelled, and your medical profile will be updated.
- A new script will be issued, and you’ll receive an email containing a link to your new prescribed product.
- From this link, you can sign up for a new subscription. Once payment is confirmed, we’ll dispense your new medication and arrange delivery.
Important:
- Check Your Spam/Junk Folder: Sometimes our emails may land in these folders. If you don’t see our email in your inbox, be sure to check there.
- Click the Link: The link will direct you to your personalized product page, where you can make your purchase and subscribe to the service.
If You’ve Chosen to Cancel Your Subscription:
- Your current subscription will be cancelled on our end.
- Your FemPath account will remain active, and you’ll still have access to your account details and purchase history.
- If you decide to continue with our service in the future, you’ll need to complete a new survey to ensure your medical profile and prescription are up to date.
3. Payment Confirmation and Dispensing
Once payment is confirmed:
- We’ll begin preparing your medication.
- Our team will arrange for courier pickup.
4. Shipping and Delivery
After dispensing, your medication will be shipped to your door.
- Delivery Timeline: Expect delivery within 2 to 5 working days, depending on your location.
- Discreet Packaging: Your privacy is our priority. All packages are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging.
